his painting, the last leftovers of my cheap paint used, I painted with big brushes and palette knifes. Using a palette knife is a nice technique, especially when working wet-in-wet. Because of the bad paint, a lot of craquelure started to develop, I like the craquelure. [update 2015] Still I like this painting very much and I’m still trying to get the same effect.
